FDPC – AGM
The next Annual General Meeting of
the Frome and District Pistol Club will be held on Thursday 16th Feb
2012, starting at 7:30 p.m. (note the earlier start time)
Venue : Frome Market. Standerwick.
Attendance is open to all FDPC
members, although provisional and country members have no voting rights.
Members should arrive by 7:15 p.m, to ensure a prompt start.

BREAK FOR BUFFET
Members are reminded that all
Committee positions are considered at the AGM, for election, re-election or
deletion (except the mandatory Officers of the Club). The club welcomes
interest in applications for any position.
Proposal for 2012 AGM…….
“ That the Annual Full Subscription Fee be raised
to £60 per year (with pro-rata rates for other classes of membership), with
effect from the renewal due 31st Dec 2012. The club has not raised fees for at least 7
years, is clearly still one of the cheapest clubs in the
Proposed by the outgoing Committee.
NB.
Motions to
be considered must be presented to the Secretary in writing, at least 3 weeks
prior to the meeting, and be proposed and seconded by Full members. Motions not
received in this way may be debated, and the decision passed to the incoming
Committee, at the recommendation of the meeting.
All members should attend the AGM,
to ensure a full and democratic process, in the future of YOUR club.
